This origami lily is our adaptation of one in Origami by Toyoaki Kawai. We chose this version because it has six petals, like real lilies. The version in Origami calls for folding two three-petaled origami lilies and then refolding them together.

I found a tutorial on how to make these 3D Origami Hearts which Jessica Jones shared on her blog called How About Orange. She learned how to make these hearts by following this video tutorial by Samuel Tsang.
